On-Demand IT support is offered to customers who do not have pre-paid IT support or a service level agreement. This service is a ‘pay as you go’ service which does not offer any guaranteed response times (SLAs).
On-Demand IT support covers all IT issues within business hours. We can provide the following services:

- Network Support
- Medtech32 Support (We employee certified Medtech32 engineers)
- Consulting
